The Nordic Peace Conference takes place at the International People’s College in Helsingør.
It starts on Friday 14 July at lunchtime and ends with dinner on Saturday 15 July.
The conference is public and open to everyone and consists of a series of thematic seminars.
Here the participants have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with presenters from the Nordic peace movement, research institutes and representatives from the Nordic Council of Ministers.

13.30 -15.30: Nordic Peace as a precondition for welfare and sustainable development

Founding meeting for the Nordic Peace Alliance on Sunday 16 July
The foundation meeting takes place in the International People’s College on Sunday 16 July
The founding meeting is open to the 40 organizations that have so far shown interest in- and participated in the preparations for the foundation of the alliance. The meeting will found the alliance, clarify plans for the joint work and choose a new coordination group. After the founding meeting, all Nordic peace organizations that support goals, plans and elections will be able to register.

Participation in the Nordic Peace Conference with planned meals a day cost a total of DKK 400 (600 SEK per day per person per day at the present currency.
We have a small number of rooms at the college, most of which can be used as both single and double rooms. Inform us if you are interested.
Cost of a bed in a single room is DKK 1200 (1800 SEK) and a bed in a double room for DKK 800 (1200 SEK). If you choose a bed in a double room, you are welcome to find a roommate yourself and inform us about her or his name. If you do not, we will match you with another person of the same sex.

There are a number of other accommodation options in Helsingør, including camping, cabins, hostels, Airbnb and hotels.
